Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Check out’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS:
We accept credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Visa Electron and Solo cards through a secure server using 128-bit encryption. If you would prefer to pay by phone, please call MowBot Sales on: 0115 964 5919

CHEQUES:
We also accept payment by cheque. All cheques should be made out to "Henton & Chattell Ltd". You should allow 10 working days for cheques to clear, after which the goods will be despatched (subject to stock availability).

You have the right to cancel any order. The Cancellation Period begins from the day on which the contract for the supply of goods is concluded (i.e. the day of purchase). The Cancellation Period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. Goods must be returned in an unused state, and in their original packaging. The consumer is liable to pay for the cost of returning the goods to ourselves. We will return your money within 30 days of notice of cancellation (i.e. 30 days from the date the invoice was posted or given). This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


Shipping And Handling

Shipping and Handling are included in the price shown unless otherwise stated in the product description. Goods should be inspected before they are signed for. Goods should be REFUSED if they are obviously seriously damaged in transit. You must notify us via email within 24 hours if your goods are subsequently found to be damaged.

Scottish Highlands and Islands - Certain postcodes IV1-IV40, IV52-IV54, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA20-PA40, PH19-PH40, PH60- onwards may incur an additional charge, we will inform you of this, you have the right to cancel the order.

Northern Ireland - Will incur an additional delivery charge, we will inform you.

Channel Islands - Will incur an additional delivery charge, we will inform you.

Overseas - NOT Delivered to.

Delivery Schedule

Most items are kept in stock, and therefore we aim to deliver your order right away. Prior to despatch all items are fully checked and tested. You should normally expect to receive your order within 5 business days - however it may take longer if items are out of stock. We will keep you informed of any delays.

NB. Once we receive your order, will ring or contact you via email to arrange a convenient delivery day.

Deliveries are normally between 9-5PM weekdays, but alternative arrangements can be made. Please call for details.


Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Should anyone gain unauthorised access to the database the information they obtain will not allow them to recover credit card details or other sensitive information. Credit/debit card details are secured within 128-bit encrypted sessions. Sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government-approved firewalls. Additional security measures include a security key that is used to produce an MD5 hash value. Hash values are often used as digital signatures as they cannot be reversed to obtain the original information. They allow the receiver to validate that the information received is identical to that sent.

Guarantee

All products come with manufacturers warranty of 2 years subject to domestic use.

In the unlikely event that your purchase develops a fault within the warranty period, www.mowbot.co.uk will arrange collection back to Henton & Chattell where the product will be examined by our qualified technicians and repaired as per the warranty details. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Collection/delivery charges may be incurred.

www.mowbot.co.uk will not be liable for any additional costs incurred whilst goods are away for warranty repairs - this includes rental or hire charges for equipment from a third party.

Returns Policy

- RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

We want you to be completely happy when you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. Under our 14-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us unused. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials, manuals and accessories intact within 14 days of the date you received the item. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.
